Asus is set to launch Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip in India. Dinesh Sharma, Business Head, disclosed to India Today Tech in a select cooperation. The company is sorting out the coordination and will report a launch date soon. The news comes about seven days after Asus had made the authority Zenfone 8 page live in the country. The company is yet to dispatch a Zenfone in India in right around two years now. Dinesh said that Asus needs to ensure there is sufficient inventory to satisfy the need prior to putting the smartphone at a sale.

Most of their specifications are already known, since it is already launched globally. It has 5.9-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs Android 11 out of the box and it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.

The features a dual-camera setup which consists of a primary 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. The Zenfone 8 have a 4000mAh battery set up that has 30W fast-charging support.
