iQOO is all set to launch the iQOO 7 Pro smartphone soon. The device made several online appearances recently including IMEI database and Google Play Console listing. The Google Play console listing reveals few key details ahead of launch. Moreover, there are reports suggesting that iQOO will rebrand iQOO 8 Pro as the iQOO 7 Pro for the Indian market. The recent development the iQOO 7 Pro appears at the Geekbench ahead of the official launch. The listing confirms similar specifications as we got from the Google Play Console.
According to the preliminary Geekbench test results, the iQOO 7 Pro will arrive with Snapdragon 888+ SoC. The device will come with 8GB RAM and run on Android 11 out of the box. Moreover, the iQOO 7 Pro scores 1098 and 3594 points in the single-core and multi-core test respectively at the Geekbench test. The listing shows that iQOO 7 Pro has the model number I2017. The same model number also appears on the IMEI database. The IMEI database confirms the moniker as the iQOO 7 Pro. The device may feature a Punch-hole display. In addition, the display panel will have a Full HD+ resolution with 440 PPI pixel density.
Furthermore, the company has not launched this smartphone in China. But might introduce this handset in Indian market soon. Considering that iQOO 8 Pro will be rebranded as iQOO 7 Pro for the Indian market. The upcoming smartphone may feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. Moreover, the device may arrive with a 50MP triple-camera setup at the back with 16MP at the front. In addition, we might expect the iQOO launching the 12GB RAM model of the iQOO 7 Pro smartphone. However, these are just assumptions. But we expect more details will come up as the launch date appears closer.
