Realme is launching its very first laptop. And, it was teasing the arrival for the past few months and kept people wondering about it all the time. But, the wait is finally over as the company unveils the launch date. The Realme company via Weibo handle reveals that the Realme Book will be unleashing on 18th August at 3 PM ( China local time) in China. The most awaited Realme Book will now be available from August 18. However, the launching of this device in India is still unknown.

The company will announce Realme Book during Realme 828 fan festival in China. Along with this Realme Book, the company was also working on Realme Pad. But, it’s unclear whether the company will unveil it too on the launch date, or the company has something else plans for Realme pad. Moreover, the Digita Chat Station shares the official poster and image of the Realme Book. Looking at the image, it’s very clear that the laptop is equipped with a metallic chassis and slim bezels. The laptop has a backlit keyboard and a large-sized touchpad. Furthermore, there is also a fingerprint scanner available in the book. The company gives no clue on how many Realme Books will be available in the coming weeks.

Alongside, Madhav sheth the Realme’s CEO for India and Europe teased a Realme laptop model under the name Realme Book slim. However, the release date is not out yet. But, the leaks reveal that it is a lightweight Realme book with only 1.3 kg weight.

The Realme laptop powers Intel 11th generation core i5-1125G7 processors. The report says that it may have 14 inches 2K display, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, and 512 GB of PCle storage. Moreover, it may have Intel Xe graphics and a 54Wh battery that supports 65W fast charging. In addition, the Realme Book may have Windows 10 home, a pair of Harman Kardon speakers, a triple microphone array, two USB-C 3.1 slots, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The company is likely to sell the Realme Book at around Rs 55,00 in India that is $739.
