iQOO is working to launch on the upcoming Neo 5s very soon in China. Moreover, the company seems to bring another U series under moniker U5 series. The company is gearing up to launch the standard model and the U5x model. However, the details are under wraps regarding the launch dates and other specifications. But, few key specifications are surfacing online of the upcoming iQOO smartphone. In the latest development, the upcoming iQOO U5 appears on the TENAA listing revealing few key details.

iQOO U5 appears on TENNA certification website

The company is all set to bring the iQOO U5 series very shortly in China as it appears on TENAA listing. Moreover, there is leaks Suggesting the key details of the device that is surfacing over the internet. The listing reveals that the standard model will arrive with feature a 6.58 inch AMOLED FHD+ display with 1080×2408 pixels. In addition, the device will get power from the 2.2GHz Octa-core Processor. Earlier reports suggest that the device will have the Dimensity 810 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage configuration. The upcoming device will house 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Furthermore, the device will sport 8MP front selfie camera along with dual camera setup including 50MP primary camera and 2MP macro lens. In addition, there are also reports stating that the U5x model will arrive in both 4G and 5G network connectivity. In this,the 4G model may arrive with Helio G88 SoC and the 5G model will come with Snapdragon 480+ processor.
