Nubia is the Sub-brand of Chinese electronics major ZTE which is introducing a budget smartphone in eligible global markets. The company is soon going to launch Nubia N40. However, the company has not given any official launch dates. But the phone now appeared on the Google Play Console hinting at its imminent launch. According to the listing, most of the specifications are of being a budget smartphone. And the details are in line with limited online listings of the Nubia N40.

According to the Google Play Console listing, the Nubia N40 smartphone appears to get power from s Spreadtrum SC9863A Octa-core SoC, Moreover, this processor features eight Cortex-A55 ARM cores, these are used as older generation efficiency cores in more powerful smartphone processors. The listing reveals the use of a PowerVR GE8322 GPU, along with 2GB RAM.
Furthermore, the listing reveals that the device will have a 720*1560 pixel, 19:5:9 aspect ratio HD+display with 320ppi pixel density. Moreover, this device was also on the Spanish e-commerce site Elektra reveals that the device will run on Android 11 Go Edition OS, which tunes to help budget phones offer a relatively less user experience. It also claims that the Nubia 40 will offer up to 64GB storage, with a microSD card slot to add up to a 128GB microSD card. Furthermore, the phone will feature a 13MP+2MP dual rear camera with 5MP selfie snapper with a ‘Screen Flash’ feature. The Elektra listing also claims a 3200mAh battery. However, the play console does not mention any battery specs.
