After Apple and Samsung, Google also stops providing Charger with their latest flagships. Now, Google will become the third company to ship their phones without a charger in the box. Recently, the company unveils the Pixel 5a. And along with this, drops a major detail about the upcoming Google Pixel phones.

Google in an interview with The Verge told that the Pixel 5a is the last phone to offer a charger in the box. This clearly hints that the upcoming Google flagship devices including Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro may not include chargers with themselves. Moreover, Google confirms that its next launch will be earlier this month or next. The Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will now launch this fall and thus, the company reveals some of the information regarding key specs of these devices.

Google upcoming flagships to come without charger

As per reports from The Verge, Google did not feel the need to include a charger in the box as most people already have a USB charging brick. Apple and Samsung had also cited some reasons behind this decision. One of the reasons was that not including chargers in the box would help in reducing e-waste which does not make any sense. Now that most of the companies have announced that they would not include chargers in the box. So it’s time to take your charger seriously and take care of it. As you will no longer get the charging brick from Google, Apple, and Samsung flagships.

The upcoming Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be powered by the company’s new chipset dubbed Google Tensor. The company says that these chipsets are excusably designed for the Pixel phones. Moreover, the leaks indicate that the Pixel 6 looks nothing like Google has launched before. The designs give a futuristic and chic look. Additionally, the company confirms that these devices will come in three different colors.
