Chinese tech powerhouse Huawei has a bag of mixed fortunes after being blacklisted by a US Company. Back in July, there was a raft of product releases indicating a silver lining in the dark skies. Moreover, the July offering included the flagship P50 series. However, there were speculations that due to the US ban, as well as supply chain challenges, Huawei might not be able to release another product in 2021. Although the Mate 50 is now mooted for unveiling within the fourth quarter of the year.
Huawei on Mate 50 release
There are indications that the company might have overcome all constraints and now release the Mate 50 series in October 2021. Moreover, the hint is coming from an industry expert and analyst with Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) insisting the company release its product in October. In addition, there is a global launch event officially scheduled for October 21 in Vienna, Austria. And thus, Mate 50 could be part of the product lineup for that event. However, there is no official word from the company yet. There may be chances that the event could also be the global launch of the P50 series outside China.
Furthermore, there are only a few details of Huawei Mate 50 series. More details about the device and key specs will become available when we get closer to the launch date. Since there is no official confirmation, thus these are merely speculation.
