Reliance has announced that they are bringing JioPhone Next, the budget smartphone few months ago. Since then, the smartphone is surfacing online giving ideas to user about its offering. Moreover, the company was going to introduce this budget smartphone on September 10. But, couldn’t launch it due to chipset shortage. However, the company shifted the launch to Diwali festive season that means in November this year. The latest development is that the device appears on Google Play Console listing revealing few key details.
JioPhone Next on Google Play Console listing
After so many hurdles and launch date shiftings, the company is now going to launch JioPhone Next in November. However, the launch date is still not out. Ahead of launch, the device appears on Google Play Console. Moreover, the listing reveals that the device will get power from the Qualcomm processor QM215 which is Snapdragon 215 SoC. This Processor consist four Cortex-A53 cores coupled with Adreno 306GPU. In addition, the upcoming Jio phone will have a 2GB RAM and will run Android 11 (Go Edition).
Moreover, the listing also confirms that the smartphone will have a 720×1440 HD+ display with a 320 screen density. The earlier reports suggest that phone features a 5.5inch display. In addition, the device comes with 2GB/ 16GB and 3GB/ 32GB variant. Talking about camera, the JioPhone Next will have a 13MP single rear camera with an 8MP front selfie snapper. Furthermore, the device will house 2500mAh battery. There are reports suggesting that the device may get available at the price of Rs 3,499. However, the exact price details will be out once the company announces the device officially.
