Realme 8i may debut the MediaTek Helio G96; Leaked design details

Realme is launching its new smartphone Realme 8i which is a budget-segment device. Now, an extensive leak reveals the key specifications. And, the official press renders of the smartphone. Moreover, the report from Digit reveals all the details about this new Realme 8i. The report claims that Realme 8i will get power from the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. This chip is follow up to the older premium gaming chip, the Helio G95.

In addition, the press renders showcase a fair design that was a bit familiar. It was with a faux glass back with shiny aesthetics and gradient paint to go with it. Moreover, the rear panel of the smartphone appears to have dual-curved edges aiding ergonomics. Additionally, there was the square camera module at the top left side at the back panel. The fingerprint sensor appears to be on the right edge of the phone, into its power button.

Tipped specs of the Realme 8i

There were many specs and image details leaked recently. Among other aspects, the Realme 8i may feature a 50MP triple rear camera that includes a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth unit and a 2MP macro unit. Talking about the front, the device features a drill hole slot to the top left housing a 16MP front camera. Moreover, the display could be a 6.43-inch in size, likely to be AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate. The Realme 8i may also feature a 5000mAh battery, but not sure about the fast charging details. Furthermore, the Realme 8i will most probably launch with the Realme 8s at an upcoming event. However, the brand is still to make official announcements about the launch and price of this Realme 8i.
