ZTE Nubia Z40 appears on Geekbench certification website; would arrive with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, 16GB RAM and more

ZTE Nubia is prepping up to bring the upcoming Nubia Z40 series in local market. The company previously confirms that the device will arrive in China. Moreover, in the recent development, the upcoming ZTE Nubia Z40 appears on Geekbench certification website. In addition, the listing reveals the key specifications of the upcoming device hinting at its imminent launch.

ZTE Nubia Z40 specifications via Geekbench listing

The company will soon unveil the Nubia Z40 in the Chinese market. Moreover, the device was on the Geekbench certification website with model number NX701J revealing the key specifications. In addition, the device scores 1228 and 3379 points in single core test and multi core test respectively in the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Furthermore, the listing reveals that the device will get power from an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. However, the processor name is not revealed. But,the processor has codename Taro with 1+3+4 core configuration hinting that it is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The processor is the latest offering from the Qualcomm with 4nm built fabrication. Additionally, the processor will make use of an X2 prime core at 3.0GHz and Adreno 730 GPU.

Moreover, the upcoming device will arrive in a 16GB variant as per the listing. However, we may expect the company to bring other variants too. In addition, the upcoming Nubia Z40 will come with pre-installed Android 12. Other than this, there is no other details of the upcoming ZTE Nubia Z40. However, as the device is appearing online frequently hinting that the launch date might be around the corner.
