Moto E40 appears on Geekbench ahead of launch; reveals presence of UNISOC Processor, 4GB RAM

Motorola is gearing up for the launch of two new E-series smartphones, the Moto E30 and Moto E40. Both these devices appear on several certifications from the last few days. Moreover, the Moto E30 was on Geekbench listing revealing some key features. And now, the Moto E40 smartphone is spotted on Geekbench uncovering few hardware specifications ahead of the launch. Before this, the device was also seen on NBTC, FCC, and TUV certification websites.

Moto E40 on the Geekbech listing

Motorola is now about to launch its new upcoming smartphones Moto E30 and Moto E40 very soon. The Moto E40 appeared on Geekbench listing hinting at the imminent launch. Moreover, The listing reveals some of the information regarding this device. According to Geekbench, the Moto E40 will get power from an Octa-core 1.8GHz Unisoc chipset. In addition, the device will run Android 11 out of the box. The phone manages to get 354 and 1352 scores in the Single-core and multi-core tests respectively.

Apart from Geekbench, the device passes various certifications such as NBTC, FCC, and TUV. These certifications somewhat reveal the specifications of the device. The NBTC confirms that the model number XT2159-4 is the Moto E40 moniker. Moreover, the FCC confirms that the smartphone will arrive with the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration variant. There are chances that the company will bring a 3GB RAM option too. In addition, as per TUV, the Moto E40 will house a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support. Apart from these, the device also passes the WiFi Alliance certification. This is all we got for this device. However, we expect the company will unveil few more details before launch and also reveal the date of the announcement.
